Return Eligibility
1. Return Window
Items can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. Condition of Items
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- Product must be in original condition
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return
- Login to your account
- Go to “My Orders”
- Select item and click “Request Return”
- Fill required details
Once approved, you will receive confirmation via email.
Return Process
Inspection
Returned items will be inspected before approval.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Option
You can request an exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability).
Approval takes 48–72 hours.
Return Shipping
- Prepaid Return: If product is defective
- Customer Paid: For other reasons
Reverse Pickup
Available in selected areas. If not available, customers can self-ship using speed post.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled through the website or WhatsApp confirmation message.
Additional Notes
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
