Please read our return policy for ladies’ garments carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

1. Return Window:

Items are eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Items:

a) Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

b) All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

c) The product must be in its original condition without any signs of damage or alteration.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or personalized Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Step 1: Login to your account on grabbinindia.com and navigate to the “My Orders” section.

2. Step 2: Select the item you wish to return and click on the “Request Return” button.

3. Step 3: Fill out the return form with the required details.

4. Step 4: Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a return shipping label (if

  applicable).

Return Process

Inspection: 

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Shipping fees and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable. Make sure its in mint condition when you

send it back.

Your safety:

Rest assured your safety is our top priority. We will never ask for sensitive details like card no or password.

Disputes:

For any disputes, legal matters, or issues, the jurisdiction is Delhi. Focus on Fashion & let us handle the

legal stuff.

Exchange Option:

Exchanges can be requested for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 48 to 72 working hours. If approved, our courier will pick up the product in one or two working days. We will exchange the product for your chosen replacement.

Return Shipping

Prepaid Returns: 

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping

label.

Customer-Paid Returns: 

For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Reverse Pick up Facility

We offer reverse pick up facility in more pin codes. If not available, we will guide you how to self-ship the

product. Use speed post for self-return.

Cancellation

Need to cancel:

Your order simply visit our website or reply with cancel to your confirmation message on whatsapp.

Additional Notes

1. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. In case of any disputes, our decision regarding the return will be final.
